Do you have weekend availability?
We typically work Monday through Friday however we will work on Saturday for certain projects and special requests.
What is included in a basic roof cleaning service?
Our basic roof cleaning service includes cleaning of the entire roof surface to remove dirt and debris. We first apply remove leaves and debris, then we apply our chemical solution to kill algae, lichen and bacteria growth. We then rinse the roof with water. Gutter Cleaning window cleaning and pressure washing are not included in the basic roof cleaning service. Please let us know prior to our arrival if you would like these services performed.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
Our chemical solution is tough otherwise it will not kill the algae and bacteria on your roof. That being said it is perfectly safe in the right hands. It is not toxic and will not harm your roof. It is however strong enough to do the job. If we were to use the 'green chemicals' some cleaning forums and websites talk about we would be out of business quickly as it works on less than a tenth of roofs (the almost clean ones) and it takes days to take effect. The solution costs up to 10 times as much resulting in a higher price passed to the customer. If you can find a company that uses it they will very likely show up and determine that your roof is "beyond a basic cleaning" meaning they will have to use the tough stuff anyways and will still charge you the higher price. Our treatment is the only one recommended by the Roof Manufacturers of America.
Payment
We accept all common types of payment - credit cards, cash and check. For residential we require payment the same day of service. For commercial projects payment terms are outlined in our project proposal.
Rain policy
We are able to clean roofs in light rain. However if we see a high change of rain forecasted for the day of service, we may have to reschedule to another day.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment we require at least 24hrs notice in order to book another customer in your slot. If you cancel within a 24hr period we will charge $125 as mentioned in your appointment email or on the phone when you book your cleaning. We require a credit or debit card to be on file in order to secure your appointment. This is the method of payment we use for our cancellation fee.
