Great Question! We do the jobs that other companies either don't have the time, skills, experience or drive to do. These are services such as chandelier cleaning, glass restoration, scratch repair, graffiti removal, rust removal as well as hard to access work such as ceiling cleaning, fan cleaning and high dusting. When it comes to basic exterior services will fill most any exterior cleaning need as well. We do window cleaning and pressure washing everyday and have done projects that scale from large high rises to small studio apartments. Sunfire has been serving Orlando homes and buinesses for nearlty 10 years now. Before this our company provided window tinting for the sames homes and businesses in Central Florida. Before the recession we decided we needed make a move and naturally moved to window cleaning. With window tinting as it is vital to clean a window perfectly in order to tint it so we already had the equipment and experience. Our tinting customers always had a need for window cleaning and we enjoyed doing it so much that we changed our business model completely to focus on cleaning windows. Orlando has many homes and businesses that will always need their windows cleaned so looking around the potential for growth was amazing. In the last decade we have seen the window cleaning industry change as traditional window cleaningn with a squeegee and a bucket has evolved toward water fed pole window cleaning. This means instead of getting on ladders and mixing solutions, high windows can be cleaned from the ground. But for most first time residential customers there is still nothing like puting your hand on the glass.
